Target groups

We support yearly about 450 people looking for improvement in their situation on the labour market. About 60% of them find employment in a normal job on the open labour market.

Our career support service offers support to about 300 people yearly covering half of Flanders.

Training & Coaching Activities

Assessment & Orientation services
Vocational training in one of our training centers: painting, gardening, cleaning, catering service, administration logistical assistant in hospitals.
On-the job training and Jobcoaching: in both private and public companies. Besides general projects for people with disabilities or people with difficulties to integrate on the labour market, we have specialised jobcoaching-projects for people with acquired brain damage and for people with psychiatric problems. We are open for other specific groups.
Counseling in contracting phase & employment situations
Career Counseling for people who have a job but who are, within their job, confronted to problems and difficulties such as physical problems, stress or burnout, willing to change,...

Innovative, experimental & pilot -projects.

Job-Link develops projects to support and develop it's own training, coaching & counselling activities.
Job-Link also offers support to other organisations (peer reviews, swot analysis, Project development and GPS, Project cycle management, monitoring, coordination, evaluation,..)

Launching of project for people with TBI/ABI. (BVR 2002)

Development of a methodology for career counselling for people with disabilities in the ILB-project (2003-2005)
Participation in Wablief?, a "writing readable language and promotion of accessiblility"-project with other Flemish service providers (2005)
Development of a methodology for jobcoaching of foreign people with disabilities in the Multicolor-project (2004-2005)

Coöperation in introduction of concept of Labourmarket related individual program planning (ATB). 1995-1998.
Introduction of coaching & on-the-job-training in ESF Horizon project Mistral 1998/2000
Development of methods for jobcoaching and on-the-job training in the BOW-project (1998-2000)
Development of methods for people with acquired brain injury in the BOW-project (1998-2000)
Development of methods to stimulate empowerment and selfsteering for people with disabilities, as coordinator & partner in the transnational EQUAL project Opportunities 4U, (2003-2005)
Session presentation on the 6th Euse conference in the Helsinki Finlandia hall, 2003. Theme: Equal rights and users perspective. Title: equal rights on steering forwards towards a fitting career for people at risk.
Develop of methods to stimulate and to improve cooperation of people with disabilities with private temporary labour companies, as coordinator and partner in the transnational EQUAL project Plug-in Gaps (2005-2007)
